Updated Shipping Information

In order for us to provide a quicker, more reliable shipping method, we
have chosen to send all orders USPS Priority Mail at a rate of $3.85
per shipment. This allows us to better track your order and insures that
your purchase is delivered in fast and efficient manner. The US Postal
Service insures us that all shipments will be delivered in 3 to 5 days.
However, our experience is, that most orders are delivered in 2 to 3
days. If you would like to make arrangements for faster service or
alternate shipping arrangements, please contact us, we will be happy
to ship your order via other methods for the difference in costs.

Wholesale orders and other orders over $200.00 will also be shipped
USPS Priority Mail, but will be insured and will require signatures for
delivery confirmation. The shipping costs for these orders will be
$6.65 per shipment. If you would like to make alternate shipping
arrangements, please contact us.

In the highly unlikely event that you would like a refund for your order,
we will refund your original shipping costs. However, it is the
responsibility of the customer to return the shipment in the same
manner it was received at the customer’s expense.

All refunds will be credited as soon as the order has been received
back at ONLYVANILLA.COM and inspected to be in the
original, unopened packaging.
